Day two Joytotheyogis: dolphin pose. First picture is showing how to make sure your arms are in the correct position when maintaining the pose. Hold your elbows and place them on the floor then simply clasp your hands together keeping your elbows in the same spot.
You then tuck your toes under and push your bum up. Move closer or further away to either ease up or create a more difficult pose. If you want to work on your shoulder strength bring your body forward so your head is past your hands. Definitely builds shoulder/core strength!
I am joyful that my shoulder muscles look super tank in the second photo! :) getting there!
